On October 3, 2024, erroneous allegations were made online about Samson and its role in the Assault-Style Firearms Compensation Program.
The individual who made these claims also made unannounced visits to our offices in Ottawa, Gatineau and Chelsea, and made false insinuations about our firm aimed at undermining its credibility. Other, also erroneous, figures about the value of government contracts received by Samson over the years were also circulated on social media in the following hours.
Samson wishes to refute these false allegations by pointing out the following:
Samson is proud to serve the Government of Canada. We stand behind all the high value work we perform to ensure public funds are spent efficiently. All our work is performed under the highest professional standards. Any assertion to the contrary is utterly false and defamatory.
We are very proud to announce that ANIKO Consultants Inc., a local aboriginal firm, has partnered with Samson & Associates and formed a Joint Venture under the name of Aniko Consultants Inc., Samson & Associates CPA/Consulting Inc., in Joint-Venture, Aniko/Samson JV for short.
Aniko/Samson JV can assist their clients to fulfill the Government of Canada’s Indigenous contracting mandate.
